Please join us for an informative panel discussion about best practices for crafting the “perfect pitch,” finding the right audience for your ideas and avoiding common mistakes. Sarah Leen, founder of the Visual Thinking Collective and former director of photography at National Geographic, will lead the discussion with an amazing group of visual professional including Danese Kenon, Philadelphia Inquirer director of photography; Olivier Laurent, Washington Post international photo editor; Kathy Moran, National Geographic deputy director of photography; Quentin Nardi, Smithsonian magazine chief photo editor; and Marisa Schwartz Taylor, Washington Bureau photo editor of the New York Times.
